Our History

Trinova Real Estate was established in response to the dislocation between investors and the managers who served them.

Since establishing the firm, we have had the pleasure of working with many investors who have become true partners to our business. Through a close alignment of interests, our team is highly motivated to continually deliver best-in-class service across all aspects of the management role.

With a long-term vision for the firm and a highly ethical approach to all of our business activities, we have secured a successful track record of delivering very strong risk adjusted returns to our investors. This has been achieved through successfully reading market cycles and executing strategis in accordance with our analysis.
